today's my first day at weber shandwick. it's about 30mins before zai and i get off work. i really like this place. real nice people and the area surrounding our building will definitely keep lunch hour something to look forward to even more. i'm right smack in the heart of jalan sultan ismail. with the restaurants/clubs/pubs along SI and jln p. ramlee all around, KLCC in my backyard and easy access public transportation.
let's meet at the end of the work week for an after-work beverage. working hours are from 9am to 530-ish. heavy workloads would mean later departure.
so i travel to work every morning with audrey from ridzuan. she drives to subang jaya ktm and we take the train from there. no qualms about a lonely monorail ride from sentral because i'll definitely run into other course-mates. today's lucky person was ms. indhuja ravindran from J.B. Hello Indhuja.
well im psyched. we've been briefed about out upcoming projects. i'll be in the corporate PR sector, and zai'll be in the consumer PR sector. we've been told not to blog about our projects because there's somebody in the US branch that's monitoring blog activity. imagine that. he'd be a professional blog-reader.
so, all i can say is, it's going to be hoards of fun, even more work, long hours, AND attending events and cocktail parties.
